I started training with Bex about a year ago and have loved the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Bex is amazing at what she does! She made me feel so at ease so early on, and is really helping me build up my confidence! Bex is very professional and such a lovely PT - she will tell you how it is but not in the aggressive / patronising way other PT's can be like! I just know I'm going to get results with Bex, its admirable how hard she works and you can tell she puts her 100% into each and every client, she'll even check up on you at weekends, she needs to stop constantly working

I knew I had to do something as the weight was piling on. Bex has been so supportive. I've never been keen on gym work, I'm more a movement to music girl, even into my 60's!!!
Bex makes it not so scary and even enjoyable. She is so supportive and adjusts the exercises to suit me when I have difficulty. Apart from Bex herself and her wealth of experience, the next best thing is the fact that it's in a private gym, so nobody else looking at you!! Additionally Bex gives lots of nutritional advice and backed up with loads of recipes....

I have been having 1-1 personal training sessions with Bex since November 2024 and really love it! The private gym suits me perfectly. We progress the workout week to week, so results are clear to see. I enjoy the challenge and buzz of surprising myself when I manage to achieve something I previously struggled with and Bex will be there to celebrate each small win too. Bex has been nothing but welcoming and supportive from day 1 and helped me learn more about my nutrition, finding balance and choosing nutritious ingredients. My aim is to look after my body as I get older and I feel that is really what I'm doing now in a sustainable way.

I am a mother of three young children, in my early forties, size 10 and I have been doing HIIT training for years via DVD's and online fitness sessions.
I run my own business and have a part-time job on top so going to the gym never occurred to me due to time constraints. I believed that I was eating a varied and healthy diet and with 4-5 HIIT sessions a week and walking my three dogs twice a day I was doing enough!!!
However, my body did not want to change no matter what I was doing and so I even started running to modify my range of exercises.
Then I caught up with a friend who's been working out with Bexx for a while and having seen her transformation really made me think about giving PT sessions and Bexx a try. First, I tried her free 'sample' weighted HIIT session on her website and concluded that was a lot more challenging than I expected it to be, I was really pleased about that! Then I booked a free consultation and agreed to train with her 1-2-1 once a week for an hour. I NEVER thought about lifting weights and I have to say it's a revelation.
The other thing that she made me realise was how I was totally "outeating" my exercises and that strength training with cardio together is what makes changes. Whilst Id heard all this before, I never looked at what I was eating for all the above reasons and once I started to track I concluded how small changes can make a big difference. So thank you for that too! I am in the early phase of my new fitness journey, but so far, im very pleased with her professional approach, her constant support via food and fitness chats and with the range of workouts we are doing.

Great range of equipment and challenging programme of exercises in the small group sessions. Bex explains the routines clearly and encourages everyone to do the best they can.

Bex's classes give your whole body a great workout... I feel so much stronger and fitter, I like the way that Bex positions herself in the middle of the class to ensure we are all doing the exercises correctly and safely. I'm just so impressed with the different exercises we do each session, never a boring moment and such a friendly professional class ...love it !

Bex has worked really hard to gain her qualifications for personal training.
She is always positive, happy and very supportive.

​I'm really enjoying the outdoor bootcamps and the community Bex has grown. Bex mixes up the content each week and caters for all levels and abilities. People work hard and there's friendly competition but its a friendly and supportive group too. Planning on adding Monday zoom sessions and hoping to grab a PT spot soon.

After a riding injury I was left in pain and fed up after being very active .
Bex invited me to her low impact sessions, which have been a life saver !
I am now increasing my fitness and hopefully will be able to progress onto the higher impact sessions soon . Best of all I am now off the dreaded pain killers .

​I have been attending Bootcamp twice a week for the last month and I really enjoy it. They are a different set up each week and there are always modifications to make the exercises easier or harder. Bex is a great trainer and a genuinely lovely kind person and great at motivating. The group of people at bootcamp ae all supportive and non judgemental so any ability would feel comfortable working out and supported in achieving their fitness goals

​Since starting classes with Bex I can honestly say that I am feeling so motivated! I could see the difference in my body shape within a week. The classes themselves are outstanding - for the first time ever I understand how to do each exercise properly without injuring myself, I can feel the muscles that we are working and feel so much stronger already! The stretches are amazing too - I never suffer with DOMS like I have in the past which makes exercising every day so much easier and more enjoyable! I look forward to exercising now and for the first time since having my daughter (8 years ago!) I can see the reality of getting my pre baby body back and more!

​Bex is the best advert for her business, You only have to look at her pictures to see the results she's achieved on her own fitness journey. Now she wants to pass on how she feels and looks to other women.
I really enjoy my training sessions, no two are ever the same as she mixes up the exercises so you don't get bored.
Bex is very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession which makes me feel confident in what she's asking me to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely love working with Bex. Working 1:1 gives the flexibility to say what I like and don't like to do and to work specifically on what I want to achieve. Bexx is amazing at checking in and keeping me accountable even sending me plans to do at home. and it definitely helps that Bexx is lovely, really easy to talk to, for the first time I feel I actually enjoy the exercise.
